When helping my daughter Rebecca plan her wedding, I emphasized the importance of an excellent photographer. My own wedding in the early 90's was at a time of staged poses, and I didn't like a single photo of me. I wanted to ensure my daughter had many beautiful images of one of the best days of her life. Fortunately, she was led to Julianna, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Julianna arrived promptly and got right to work, shooting Rebecca, the bridesmaids and me as we got ready for the big day. She kept us on schedule and was able to get all of Rebecca's requested photos before heading to the church to set up for the ceremony. She was so discreet and so beautifully dressed that she blended in with the wedding guests. As Rebecca remarked, "Julianna was everywhere and nowhere!" If she needed something, she came to me and never bothered Rebecca, so that my daughter could spend every moment enjoying the special day. After the ceremony, she quickly set up family photos in front of the church and was so efficient that the families were able to quickly rejoin the other guests at the reception. During the reception, she caught all the important moments and included every single guest in delightful candid photos. That evening, she provided a few "sneak peek" photos that were so beautiful, I wept. As my husband remarked, "The photo of Rebecca and Nick could be on the cover of a magazine!" When we received all the photos a short time later, I felt that I was reliving the day again. The photos are a priceless treasure, and I will always be grateful for Julianna's professionalism and skill.
